  I would rate 0 if possible because 30 days notice period to terminate your membership before your contract end is unfair, the touchscreen of treadmill is not working, the customer services are the worst i have seen so far and they never do what they promised to you. I can't think of any good of this gym..........
  
  I sent email to cancel the membership 30 days before contract end to serve the notice period, they only respond me 2 weeks later and advised they will charge extra payments which are 4 weeks membership fee because of the 30 days notice period. It doesn't make sense to start the notice period from the date they respond to the email. The contract only 'protects' the profit of the company. They never care about their customers especially when they realise they are losing them, they only try their best to make as much profit as possible from their past, current and potential customers.
