  Paid up front for 2 lamps from what they had in-store were damaged. After waiting for more stock which were also damaged (consider it's a lamp and this scratch is highly visible), I became their customer which was not valued because getting me 1 lamp now (thought I'd settle for 1 good lamp instead of 2) was not profitable. The insult came when obtaining a refund with the lady stating the products "don't meet your (mine) requirements"....YES! Maam, because I'm paying for something from the front shop and not Gumtree or a market so I do expect the item, in fact any item to be completely fault free. You sell lights, its needs to do more that just turn on and off, and I suggest you pick up your customer service skills to reflect that also.
